1. Indian Air force which is also known as the "Bhartiya Vayu Sena".
2. Indian Air force is the air arm of the Indian Armed forces.
3. Indian Air force was named "Royal Indian Air force" after Independence 1947.
4. Later Royal word was removed after republic of 1950. 
5. Indian Air force is the fourth largest air force in the world.
6. Indian Air force was established by the British government on 8th October 1932.
7. Indian Air force celebrates his anniversary on 8 October.
8. Indian Air force ensures the security of India's airspace.
9. Indian Air force also provides humanitarian aid and disaster relief .
10. Indian President is the "Commander-in-Chief" of the Indian Air Force.
11. Motto of Indian Air force is "Touch the sky with Glory"
12. Indian Air Force has more than 2 lac serving troops and more than 1600 different types of aircraft.
13. Indian Air force operate different types of "Fighter Air Craft" , "Attack Helicopter", "Transport Aircraft" .
14. "Garud Commando Force" is a special force of Indian Air force recently they had completed "Air strike" operation on Pakistan after Pulwama attack.
