Speech on - Neta Ji Subhash Chandra Bose



 

1) Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was one of the most popular freedom fighters of India.
2) He was a man of strong will power and greatly contributed for Indian freedom.
3) He was a great visionary leader.
4) He was born on 23rd January 1897 in Cuttack (Odisha).
5) His father’s name was Janakinath Bose and his mother’s name was Prabhavati Dutt Bose.
6) He was a meritorious student since his childhood.
7) He went to jail many times due to his nationalist approach.
8) He visited many countries to ally with them to fight against the British rule.
9) He met Hitler in 1942 who promised to provide submarines to him.
10) The "Azad Hind Fauj" was formed by him in 1942.
11) He wrote the book ‘The Great Indian Struggle’ to narrate the history of the Indian independence movement.
12) He was a great prominent writer, and he started a newspaper ‘Swaraj’ 
13) He was a editor of a "Forward" newspaper .
14) He started "Azad Hind Radio" in Germany to lead "independence movement" on global platform.
15) Ravindranath Tagore had first called him 'Netaji' which later became his identity.
16) He sacrificed his life for his motherland and died for his nation.
17) He gave the famous slogan, “Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Main Tumhe Azadi Dunga” .
18) It is said that he died on 18th August 1945 in a plane crash .
